ROCKY STONE FIELD POLICIES

A few reminders of Do's and Don'ts while at the Rocky Stone Field

ALL PATRONS:

Must remain outside the fenced in areas of Rocky Stone field....this is to ensure players and coaches are able to do what they need to do with no interruptions and is for your safety as well as the players/coaches on the field. You are not insured to be on the field.
NO PARENTS/FAMILY OR FRIENDS ARE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD UNLESS APPROACHED AND ASKED TO DO SO BY THE COACHES OR FIELD OFFICIALS! THIS INCLUDES INSIDE ALL FENCED IN AREAS OF THE TURF FIELD AS WELL AS ON THE LITTLE HILL, NEAR OR BEHIND THE TEAM BENCHES! THIS IS FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY and you will be asked to leave this area!!
There are no drinks in glass bottles allowed on the field or any food...Drinks must be in plastic bottles for players at sidelines.
No smoking is allowed on or near the turf field. (The full fenced in area including grandstands.) Parking area only please.

The GMFA Building known as "THE HUT":

This is where all the gear is kept and is only used for gear pick up/return or exchange unless otherwise stated. No player/parent or unauthorized person should be in this building for any reason unless they have permission. As well, there are no public washrooms available in the building.

THE PUBLIC WASHROOMS:

The small building at the main entrance to the field at the front of parking lot will be open for the season. The washrooms are located on the left side of the building facing the street.

PLAYERS:

Are to be at the field at least 15 minutes before practice in full gear ready to start by the intended time. They must also have sufficient water for the duration of their practices/games.
If your athlete is unable to attend a practice or a game, it is your responsibility to contact the Team Coordinator via email or post it on the Team App page no later than 1-hour prior.

PRACTICES and GAMES:

Regardless of the weather there will always be practices and games as scheduled unless there is lightning involved or other safety factors...
You will be notified in case of cancellations or time changes no later than 1hour prior, sooner if possible via email as well as on the Team App page.
We ask that you not send emails to ask if practice/game is cancelled due to weather as yes, you are sending 1 email however the Team Coordinator/Coach or myself may be receiving anywhere between 10-50 emails asking the same. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU as soon as we can if there is a change.

THE CHANGE/LOCKER ROOMS

First large building at the front of parking the lot are for coaches and players only. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to be in this area.
